First time for me - I just can't believe it. I would want to go if that was my car.

Your whole car got beat on, drilled and hammered and only $5500 was given to you even if you get it. I would appeal that Judges decision.


I'd love to, however, I have a feeling I'll be lucky if I even get 5 bucks.

A judgement lasts 10 years. You could say that's all the more reason for me to appeal for more money. But the most I could appeal for is $7,500. Otherwise, it gets taken to a higher level and I just don't want to deal with all that lawyer stuff.

Honestly, I just want to move on (not saying I won't try to get my money, though). Car is pretty much done and I can go somewhere with that. Shows, meets, sponsorships (maybe), etc.

The car definitely wouldn't be where it is now if that nightmare didn't happen. Not to say I'm GLAD I went through all that, but...I'd say I came out on top.

Been following that thread for a while... the guys comments in court are hilarious..... "You get what you pay for..." WTF!
