Oz, LCA = lower control arm bushes, you can get normal or ones with some castor adjustment.

Thanks for the offer Bonski, but will prob get done in sydney somewhere to get pre adjustment readings and re-alignment/balance when ts fitted its fitted.

Mmm more castor....

got these fitted yesterday.

One of the standard bushes was pretty much fucked (40,000kms car is 2yrs old)

Happy I got this done, this mod actually improves ride quality for those who are concerned.

I'm looking to get this done also as my 05 GT has just hit 40k and there originals are rooted!
May have to get some King Springs while I'm at it too; make it worth while :)

I know I'm a noob and all, but how do you tell the bushes are gone? Is it something you can feel while driving or do you have to have a look to check it all out?

Even if they aren't gone, you can see them flexing. It's spongy; even the newly replaced ones on my STi lower control arm is a big flexible rubbery tennis ball.
