Hey dudes!

I was just thinking about our next cruise! My end of year has gone mental, so I probably can't do a cruise before the end of the year.

Who has a couple of weeks off in the first 2 weeks of Jan?

Hope all you guys are doing well!
Cheers
Al

Bit the same way here. Got a trip to Qld 23rd dec -> 29th (cannonball both ways)... and the New Year weekend is pretty much out... but the following weekend should be good for a fang.

or you looking at a cushy cruise?

sounds like a plan.

Maybe Sat 16th Jan (weather permitting)?

sunset will be about the 19:30-20:00 mark (based on what it is currently) so if we meet up somewhere (for a wash) then we can head to photo spots from there.

was at the North Rd beach last night messing around (need to have a better look at the shots now).
Been trying to find some nice spots to be able to get sunset shots (ie the western viewing points on the Arthurs seat climb but a bit closer in to town) where we could line the cars up...

I was thinking we could hit the Spurs.

When i chatted to Clarence about it several months ago, he said he could
probably be free to take some 'action' pics for us going around some pretty
tight corners.

A morning start is probably better too.

Who else might be available?
Steve? Ric? Craig? Clarence? Daz? Brad? Mark?

Are some of you guys around?
Cheers

Al,

Always up for a good cruise.

When you say "Spurs" do you mean the Black Spur on the Maroondah Hwy heading out of Healsville to Buxton? Cause I reckon we should do the round trip via Marysville, Refton and Warburton to make a good day of it. Aim for Marysville for morning tea (compulsory stop), then Warburton for lunch. For those who want to bang out thereafter, just head straight back to town. For me, I will head south in the Pakenham/Berwick direction to make for a full days cruise. :D

But, not wanting to hijack your cruise, I will come along to whatever is planned.

Kind Regards,

Mark.

Hi Mark,

By the 'Spurs' i mean the Black Spur and the Reefton Spur, so yes i think we are talking about the route there.
I usually prefer to get to Reefton, and then back track back down the Reefton, back down the Black Spur, back
to Marysville etc.

But I'm cool to do the round trip to Warburton too.

How are people for dates?
A Sunday is probably better. How's January 10th?
And an early start is good . . . 8:00am?

Put up your thoughts and i will start a new thread soon.
Cheers!
Cheers
