They'll be able to fix that, place in Albion can do it. Cheaper than a new rim I think. I'd probably replace that tyre though, looks like a decent cut in the sidewall.

WTF i have the exact same sticker as you on my back window?!

and also my rear left wheel was murdered on the road too LOL.. (well.. just the tyre is mad owned)

and i also have the same model car as you! (2.5i)

but mate, that sucks! especially since it was a rim not a stocko!

ha ha thats kinda freaky tom... you can be my evil twin that i will blame everything on.. ha ha

just an update for you all anyway..ended up replacing the wheel.. i wont throw out the other one, but i will get it fixed and have a spare mag.... specially with the 3 -4 week turn around, and the fact that it is costing me near 300 anyway..

just a quick update for you all...

decided to go the "safer" option and just fork out for a new wheel.. i was getting mixed opinions of what to do and weather it was do able..

so i bit the bullet and forked out the mulah..

jarrod gave me the details of a mob down the goldy, that have quoted me a half decent price for repair, so i will go see them, and just have myself a 5th spare.

ol mate said he can do it in a day, which is better than the 4 week turn around time told by others.. so i will take it down to him, catch up with some mates, and pick it up later on.. ha ha

and just leave it covered up in the boot, for when i need it..

turns out, that the front wheel copped some damge too, not as severe, but bad enough... its still ok, just a few deep scrathes.. and a very very very slight ding...

all in all.... all is good :)
