Thanks guys

Any club member is welcome to look me up when they're in the area.

Just a heads up, the Brumby is the proverbial WIP (work in progress) and it really looks it; the Wagon is stock except for some dealership accessories (so far)and audio upgrade to facelifted 07 Mcintosh HU.
Even if I never make any performance upgrades, I love reading the tips and all the ideas that people have accomplished and are willing to share in the club.

Cheers

Im interested. Was it a direct swap? And arn't the facelifted HU incorperted into the climate control? Did you haveto change your climate control aswell?

It was pretty much a straight swap.
Everything works as it was except for the steering wheel controls.
I'll go into more detail in the audio chats when I get my photos together. Maybe someone can solve my problem there.
(Im new to forums, so I think I need to switch that topic over)
I'll title it something like "04 Mcintosh upgrade to 07 Mcintosh".
Just give me a little bit to work out my stuff.

Cheers

Thanks RIC

I'll try that on home PC.

Hey, just wondering if you need the top (CD Stacker) half of your test bench Mcintosh to be functional?
I thought if your testing is primarily electronics you might not need it so we could do a trade for my original one (which is jammed). Then I would have a complete working one again??(to sell and recoup some of my upgrade expenses)

Just a thought.

Cheers
