A good article on why you should and shouldn't install s/s brake lines:

I have DBA4000 slotted and Hawk Ceramic pads on the front of mine with stock pads and rotors on the back. Can't remember any moments of instability associated with brakes.teK-- wrote:I have one important question though, and that is whether I should be running a matched pair of pads front/rear, or whether I should be running the A1RM on the front and HPX on the rear. My primary concern is that I do NOT want the back to out-brake the front when I am on the track. The front A1RM pads are reportedly very robust but on stock rotors there is still a chance they will fade out at Sandown.

I'm quite impressed that your pads lasted 4 Sandown meets! I'll also be using either the Motul RBF600 or an equivalent from Lucas since they are cheaper. If the specs are the same it probably all comes from the one manufacturer anyway.
I'll fit the A1RM on the front and HPX on the rear to get a similar balance to what you set up on yours.
What tyres did you run at Sandown?
