I was getting a pressure test done on my cooling system today when one of the crew said I should bypass the throttle body section of the coolant system as it is only there to serve for freezing climates and is unnecessarily raising the air intake temps by having hot coolant running through it.
If this is true, would we just blank off the entry/exit hoses around the throttle body or better to extend the hosing around the throttle body to complete the loop to the exit hose?
Is there a little power to be gained here?!?
