Well, in a little over a week my car has gone from...

And because one of my mates just asked why I got chrome rims I thought I would post a closer shot - showing they are not chrome but rather sexy polished silver (he he he)...

Thanks to Top Cat in Canberra for the excellent service on the tint, Jimmy from HKS-speed on equal service for the lights and Jim for the wheels (and the ride in the STi). I have a couple more things on the way soon and then it's time to pop on some lowered springs.[/img]

Nice mate, how good are those rims and tyres? :) :)

When I was picking up the 19"s I thought woah... these are cool also.

The rear lights look good man.

The rims and tyres are great, love them. They were even nicer than I had pictured. The pics just don't do it justice though. It all looks like it fits in better when you are next to the car.
The black/chrome head lights fit with the chrome rear view indicators which fit with the new rear lights and wheels. Also still have a front lip coming and some slimline weather shields.

Weather shields should be here in a day or so and the lip is on the way from Japan - it's a JDM one I picked up in the same colour as the car at a great price, can't wait.

Will get some STi springs for my birthday in April so all good for now.

Nice Kev! Very nice! I'm glad the wheels found a great home, and one that matches so harmoniously! They go great with your wagon and colour! Plus the tints and LED taillights only add to it! Once you get the pinks in April, it will be perfect! No more being that "stock guy" at the next meet!

Heh-heh. I was going to say the tyres are made possible by MY07GT, but I didn't want to open old wounds. :blackeye:

It's actually not really a silver tint, it has a bronze(ish) look to it, hard to get the 'as is' feel via pics, more than likely my clunker of a digi cam or the angle of it, the base tint colour is that on the back of the car, which is called carbon. Non metallic thanks to the aerial. The 'metallic look' depends on the light, angles etc.

Cheers for the comments though, bring on April.

ha ha ha, lights were ordered before that... the lease company called me the following Monday for the tinting but I blame your big ass wheels for the rest! Ha ha ha.

I remember a time when I was happy with stock. :P

hahahahahah my wheels have that effect  all you need now is a catback with some bigger tips or even quad tips would look really nice on the wagon i reckon.
