Honestly, there's only 1 item that requires more than your fingers to remove, and that's the cover piece behind the door handle (I've taken mine off and left them off until I'm 100% happy with my install). It requires a fine screw driver and bending WAY too much to pop out. I can't imagine any tool will make it any easier, it's just a prick of a bit of plastic in a tight location!

The rest is finger tight pop mounts at best or basic unscrew and lift off.

I know you're cheap Tangles, but seriously, you're looking at about $3 at Bunnings. The nappies will almost cost you more! Think of the discount you had on the deadener itself, it kinda covers it a bit. ;)

I couldn't find them at bunnings! Looked through art, flooring, painting sections asked staff there no one knew about them.

They're normally in the art/craft type section with the fine paint brushes, etc. Given the recent thinning of stock at Bunnings, I'm not surprised they may have dropped these items, can't imagine they're volume movers. Might require a trip to Spotlight or RIOT (art/craft shop).

I'll have a quick look online for an art roller. I know Dynamat sell them but they're some rediculous price like $30 *shakes head*

Couple of options after a quick hunt. Price range from ~$6.50 to $14. All are hard rubber over a wooden or polyeurethane centre. Ideally the flatter and shorter the handle the easier it is to work with inside the door.

I'd make a few local phn calls to arts suppliers or stores like RIOT asking for a hard rubber roller ~2inches wide (50mm). With a bulk buy you should be able to push the price down a bit too. I'll have mine on the day but chances are I'll be in the thick of it most of the time anyway. :|

Got two days for the deadener to arrive.

Supplier made a boo-boo and sent the whole order up to QLD to SMI77, when they were only meant to send one of the items to him.

They were picked up from Tony on Monday, so with some luck we'll get it before the weekend... :angry2:

Hey Clarance, keep us updated on this. No deadener = no go on the day :(

But, there's 2 days left yet, fingers crossed.

Are they at least covering their booboo and express couriering down? I'm guess that as it hasn't arrived yet they haven't.
