So, do I hv some more power atw after installed the HD clutch , should be more than 140kw for now?? (I know the power at flywheel remain the same)
or should I do 1 more Dyno run?

Simple answer - NO
Clutch does not add power. You should have 100% power transfer even with a stock clutch. A HD clutch will only allow better "bite" for take off/gear change and should last longer before slipping occurs due to higher pressure plate.
