Seems okay, if you ask me. I mean, I'm accustomed to it... then again, I'm not really into hard cornering these days, maybe you should take my car for a spin

oh no not worried, just curious. i think im safe in making the assumption that no matter what happens, a whiteline one is going to be a lot better than stock

I am having my Whiteline Rear fitted tomorrow. What is the general opinon on the initial setting, soft, medium or hard?

Kind Regards,

Mark.

I had the sway bar fitted today. Apparently only two settings, hard or soft, so I opted for the soft. Still an impressive improvement at the round abouts on the way home today. :D Good bang-for-buck value.

Now, what are the pros and cons of changing it to the hard setting?

Kind Regards,

Mark.

+1

Had mine fitted the other day and think its the soft setting, its in the first hole. Is that soft or hard?

Thanks

the hole closest to the end of the bar is the softest setting. Further from the end of the bar towards the section that runs across the car will "stiffen" the bar

Not certain. Harder will reduce body roll, possibly to the detriment of outright grip. Comfort over bumps will also be reduced. Also, if you have only upgraded one bar, you will change the front/rear grip bias.

Don't take my word for it though. Go out and test it on a piece of road you are familiar with. Try one setting, than another. Also, don't forget you actually have 3 (or maybe 4 depending on the symmetry of the bar) stiffness settings on that bar despite having only two holes on each side

Where are people sourcing their whiteline swaybars from? Interested in picking up a set of fronts and rears for my car but I believe I missed the last group buy ( seems like you guys did a lot recently that I missed out on! Doh!)
