That two-tone look is standard on Accord Euro, Crysler 300C etc.
As far as I know, the majority of OEM fogs house hallogen bulbs straight out of the factory so will differ in colour from the HIDs. Now having HIDs as fogs, I'd say that is a big giveaway!
Yehh, but the Accord Eruo's don't use 6000k HIDs that look blue lol.
Actually now that I think about it, I haven't cars straight from the factory have HIDs as the fog lights. Haha, yes, the HID's are way too bright for fog lights. I hate It around Penrith..I see a few Commdores, Magnas, and pulsars have HIDs for their fog lights and it just blinds you!
