yes this will fit all 04-07 liberty's.... turbo , 3.0 and 2.5na

no it fits as you see it

the right side covers the latch and to the left does all the work

Got this today, superfast. Thanks Mike :D .

Very quick install but the illustrated diagram in Japanese is not that great and i couldn't make sense of Picture 2 ( may be relevant for 3RB/2.5NA).

Do they work good with a apexi pod filter?? or mostly for panel filters?

It works well with a pod or a panel filter......it generally directs and forces air flow towards the air duct (the one that leads towards the air filter).
