Hello fellow Libertareans,

After 6 years of owning my MY01 Bugeye Wrx and many mods the time came to say goodbye to an old friend and move on.

Last week I picked up an Obsidian Black Spec B manual unmolested with 42000k's for 27K.

Its a huge change from the old Wrx. Very refined and QUIET.

I recognise a few Usernames on here from Rexnut. I was Whitrex. I've gone from white to Black and a much more suitable car for an old bloke of 46.

I'm enjoying looking at some tastefully modded Liberty's. Love the quad tips guys. Just as well I'm on a first name basis with Lambros at Hitech.

I'll probably need a towbar if anyone has one they don't need.

Cheers,

David

Welcome mate - good base to start with, won't be long before the mod bug starts to bite I'm sure!

Cheers

I'm trying to resist but I know how hard the mod bug bites. I was using Romraider with the Bugeye. I think the Liberty is compatable with the OB II Tactrix cable.

Michael South has said he can tune the Liberty for me.

howdy pal,

i just had a tow bar fitted to our Lib Wgn

not much change out of $1,300 for the factory fitted model incl trans cooler

not too many second hand ones are on the market so i had to bite the bullet

Thanks for the bad news. As least I don't need the tranny cooler.

Thanks guys. Here's a couple of my Bugeye. Maybe I should have kept the Works for the Liberty. Too late now.
