Subaru Australia decided to do a "short motor" swap on my car under warranty to fix it, so it went in last Friday.

Both heads have now been bolted on
There's around 200 bolts to tension up on the front of the engine
This is Elliot, who's doing the reassembly. It's a three day training course at Docklands to learn to strip down and rebuild the engine.
