iinet is a pretty good ISP... Largest in Australia now I believe after they started to buy everyone up 
I've got ADSL 2+ with them & it's been great. Fort $60ish a month, I get 20gb of download & VOIP.
I'd stay away from Naked DSL personally. A good friend of mine has it & yeah, unless you have a massive phone bill / line rental, there's not much of an advantage IMO. You'll be just has happy with VOIP in regards to call costs & should anything go wrong with your modem (As my friend has experienced), you'll still have a proper land line
