Sigh, i forgot there were a few Denlo's around... I dealt with Parramatta.
IMO, good everytime i've been in there with their approach, sales execs and their managers.
They've done well from a customer perspective to have nice easy hand overs to each section.
Deal with the Sales exec and when i came back he was busy, So i sat down with his boss to finalise the deal. Then deal with the Business Manager for easy financing and contacts with the Delivery Coordinator to let me know when the car was ready.
Courtesy follow up calls from the sales exec and another week after that the customer service, for after-sales support.
I guess if you had any problems it would've been ideal to let it spill then, to me they are taking things seriously and taking the time to make sure your experience was enjoyable and if there were any problems to outline them so they could hopefully review this and improve.
