Seat Cover needs reupholstery service in Melb

Postby ck5533 » Mon Jun 04, 2018 12:39 pm

I spotted a seller from US who sells leather trimmed seat cover with a good bargain for my Gen5 car.

The problem is, it needs to replace the existing one completely and use hog rings to hold them in place. I have no knowledge of doing this at all. :!:

Anyone you know in Melb that can help me to install this without costing me arm and leg?

Thanks for reading

I can, I have the pliers & rings, have repaired seats before.

I’m sure we can work something out :)
Got a link to the vendor?

You can find a seat tear down faq in your FSM.
It is a bit of work...
Front and rear?
