Back to the OP:
Buddah and PoidaGT have both had good experiences with MRT
GTBee has had a bad experience with them with troubleshooting.
Jim and <GB> have both had bad experiences with work that MRT have done on their cars previously
A few others have had poor experiences with MRT people over the phone or in person related to servicing or other work. Another (slightly clueless) member - andygt - a while ago went through a long discussion regarding his concerns with MRT as well.
In the end it isn't an enviable track record but not all bad. Forums are bound to highlight any poor experiences rather than good so I think it is fair to assume that ratio of good to bad is better than the above shows.
