I would ideally have them as below Benny:

Both drain valves facing the front.
1/2" diameter on the right with both nipples facing forward.
3/4" on the left with the nipples at 45' degrees away from centre of the two cans.
Sides and directions given if you are looking at the cans from the front.

This will allow you to mount them in a front back orientation off the battery mount

Thanks for the info . The possible group buy for these ( viewtopic.php?f=56&t=29534 ) seems dead. So with all the info gathered, I'll be able to put in an order myself.

Did you order hoses from Saikou Michi, or where would you suggest getting some from (incl everything else eg elbow pieces)?

Further to above, get the mounting in the "spud" style. Will make mounting a lot easy and easier to adjust to the correct orientation.
Also potentially make the left (when looking from the front) 90° not 45°. I added in the 90 elbows otherwise the hose was kinking.

I mocked up the cans with cardboard and played around with where they could possibly fit in. Suggest doing this and tailor to your needs/wants

I just sourced the hose from my local race hardware/spares etc. I am sure supercheap/repco etc. have suitable hose also.
The joiners I got from a fixings specialist here in Perth. Once again, try your supercheap/repco or search around for local shops.

I am contemplating removing my Air Pump to allow more room and so I can place the filler bottle back in.
From reading though, it seems like a HUGE effort to do correctly so probably won't happen

After going in this today I can advise that the shockworks are very good!
Handles bumps and even mid corner bumps very well.

Ready to purchase a set yet?

Next time I will consider servicing the dampers in my ohlins or grabbing a set of shockworks.

So the left can (looking from the front), would exit more towards the rear of the car? I can see in your engine bay pic that the hose curves a bit to the rear.

I was gonna ask what the 'Spud' mount style is. But I saw the brackets on their website (one being called spud). So I think that must be it).

At 90 the hose should be able to be run without the use of the elbows right off the can.

Nothing really drastic has been happening of late with the car so just a small update with a few cosmetic things.
As I will be selling the car at the end of the year, I thought I would lash out and get some things done now so I can really enjoy the last few months I have with it.

Have it booked in next week to get an unfortunate tow ball imprint repaired on the front bumper. Car hit me in a car park and took off without leaving details All this two weeks after a BRAND NEW front was put on the car after a taxi turned in front of me!!!
While that's being done, I am also getting them to spray the Cyber R scoop I got off Jslayz a little while ago. Will be nice to get some more air into the intercooler coming into summer here in Perth. Plus give a more aggressive appearance to the car

Also lashed out and ordered a DAMD flat bottom wheel with the red stitching. Japanparts say it should arrive in 10-15 days as they have stock waiting ready to go Have always wanted one and although they aren't cheap and I won't have long to enjoy it, I felt it was totally worth the expense haha!

Will get pics up once everything is done and installed

I can definitely recommend the flat-bottomed DAMD wheel. I have the black stitching . It is expensive and no real logical reason to have one, but it's definitely cool and you won't regret it.

Love the look of the D shaped wheels. Never used one though always wondered whether turning sharply anyone has ever 'missed' the wheel due to the shape?

Yeah, neither had I. It does feel a bit weird when grabbing the bottom when eg doing a U-turn. But you get used to it. I try to grab the lower 3/4 sections (the left and right bottom area), but I don't think it's so different that you'd miss the wheel altogether.

While driving I very rarely move my hands from the thumb grips as is so I don't think I'll have to greater problem getting used to it.
But as tom said, I reckon the u-turns will be the most notable for the D and also reverse parking. Any manoeuvre requiring lock to lock style movements.
Small price to pay though for the sweet sweet looks If I was keeping the car, I definitely would've splurge for the Alcantara Prova wheel though, they are SEXY !!!!!

Got the car back Thursday and happy to have a clean looking front end back again
Cyber r scoop attached and according to the Mrs. "It makes the car look very mean!". Agreed, gives a certain authority to the car.
On the DAMD wheel... I wish I lived in Japan, they have even more public holidays then we do!!! Slight delay but hopefully here in a few weeks...

It's definitely not subtle from the drivers seat! The big bulge is very evident haha!
