Get better response, DIY cold air suction with stock air box

all you need to do is to sacrifice one fog light (drivers side)

Remove the air filter box and get it looking like this

Remove fog covering, remove fog light..get your self and Cold Air intake extender at your local performance store..slot it through etc...

Connect the other end of the extender to your filter box...

Put it all together and find your self an after market performance panel filtre, im using K&N

Look nice and stealth and suck in a hell lot of air woosh woosh and an awesome exhaust note even with stockies

please tell me you took off the other foglight aswell. but i must admit, it seems to sit perfectly

:) yes i did, or else it looks weird.. soo when it is summer i dont need fog lights...need the extra cool air and in winter put the fog light on =] enough condensation in the air =]

Get you give it a seat of the pants test without the K&N panel filter installed? I'd suggest it's possible up to 60% of the perceived gain came from the K&N alone.
