Got a new addition. Perrin Pitch Stop Mount. Perrins products are quality.

Perrin next to the Oem.

Took about 5 minutes to install and torque up.

When you push the pedal on the right hand side (loud noisy fast maker) it generates rotational torque (twisty twisty).
The application of this twisty twisty to the drive train creates twisty twisty trying to spin the engine (vroom vroom bang kaput) around the opposite way to your tyres (squealy sticky round lumps). The same thing applies in reverse when you take your foot OFF the loud noisy fast maker and your vroom vroom bang kaput tries to spin the SAME way as your squealy sticky round lumps, due to twisty twisty being transferred the opposite direction
The Pitch Stop Mount (roundy roundy stoppinator) stops the vroom vroom bang kaput from twisting around by connecting it to the firewall. The standard roundy roundy stoppinator is made from quite soft rubber, and every time you apply the loud noisy fast maker and generate twisty twisty from the vroom vroom bang kaput, the initial twisty twisty is consumed by the rubber bushing.
The replacement roundy roundy stoppinator is much harder, and creates a much more instant and direct feedback when you press the loud noisy fast maker. It also means that when you let off the loud noisy fast maker, the twisty twisty is applied more directly back into the vroom vroom bang kaput, giving you more immediate feedback.
This also can solve problems related to the gearbox (crunchy crunchy dust me selector) when you apply the loud noisy fast maker heavily as it reduces the movement of the crunchy crunchy dust me selector when under twisty twisty.
Application of the replacement roundy roundy stoppinator can cause slight increases of noise and vibration (shudder shudder bang bang) when your vroom vroom bang kaput is at idle, causing your whole car to shake (very slightly). On vigorous application of the loud noisy fast maker there will also be increased shudder shudder bang bang, but by that point it's a bit moot!

TLDR: makes your car more responsive under acceleration, reduces gearbox movement to make selection easier under heavy acceleration (notably the shift to 3rd), makes your car more touchy in terms of engine braking for the same reasons, and slightly increases NVH because the engine movement is transferred to your car more.

Nice wheel mate, did you find that you had a gap on the right hand side of the airbag between the SWC?

If you do, I'm pretty sure it's because you didn't put on the airbag square. You need to balance it out using the bolts on the back of the steering wheel and do it pretty carefully.

That should remove the gap (or at least, even it out). :D
