You can make them fit but not legally and it will possibably require some guard work. You need a 5x100 to 5x114.3 adapter. These are easy enough to find but it is illegal to fit them. The smallest one available is 15mm wide which will essentially give you an 18x8.5 +40 rim. People have fitted rims with less offset, I've seen +38 but depending on your ride height you may need some guard rolling to avoid clearance issues.

they look great - I would love a set of those... postage to UK would be crippling though
