Are you on coilovers?
Jay Ritchie is on that spec with bc/br iirc...

Nah. Stock Bilsteins.

I'm running 18x8 +35 as pictured above a few posts on stock STi suspension (bilstein and pinks).

No scrubbing whatsoever with 225 tyres :good:

I guess width does contribute to offset/poke...?
Mine 18x8.5 +35 look a wee but pokier ;)

I was getting a little un settled for a moment seeing everyone running +45 and +48 offset on their BP5 Lib's. Made me thing I was going to have issues with the 18x8 +38 wheels I just purchased from Japan.

Hopefully they should be a nice fit with my Tein Flex coilovers :D

Hey guys!!
I'm planning to get some Rota PWR-FA's for my 2005 3.0r (cause I'm on a budget

The wheel dimensions are 18x8.5 + 40

Do you know if I'll need to roll fenders or if there will be rubbing if i fit 235/40/18 ?

Thanks guys :D

I would consider not only doing that, but also adding 1.5-2 deg worth of camber for added clearance.

IIRC the rears need rolling upwards.
The fronts should be OK as long as you're not going super low/no camber.

Member cruisn has posted on the subject iirc.

Wheels: Ray/Volk GT30, 19x8

Delightful!
Rare to have a brembo clearing rim with such great lip, so please don't paint those black :)

They'll fit - the cars are physically identical (the TbSTI models were built from GT Spec.B cars).

Legend. Thanks Manaz. Would I need the guards rolled as they have 245 wide tyres on them?
