Jack the front and see if the strut is loose or clicks when the steering wheel is turned?

Stock spring rates are allegedly 3kg F, 4.6kg R. STi ones are listed as 3.975kg F, 6.014kg R

Is anyone running the STi Pink springs? Would like to know if they are any lower than the stock Spec-B setup

Yes generally 10-20mm but YMMV on how sagged your current springs are :)
And also what model/year Sti springs you get...
So try to get springs from and for your car... Eg auto sedan...
