4GEN Liberty and Legacy 3.0 Exhaust headers

Tim your's being the stock setup from headers back, what sort of improvement did you get in driveability and power/torque delivery?

I already have a set of HiTech rear mufflers and I'm considering having the headers installed and mated up to the original pipework, I don't want drone nor a loud car but I don't want to lose too much in the way of power/torque increase by going this way. What do you think?

All power and torque increases that these headers were promoted on were first found on my own car, with stock exhaust system. I would suggest that those who modify further will maybe find even a little more power.

looking to jam another resonator in there somewhere, possibly 2 short ones between cats & resonator.

Just letting you know mate , give them a bit of time to carbon up and the tinny ness will quieter down ,
Two hotdog style resonators will fit in the somewhere and will also help .

No prob nhimsta. I'll be looking forward to the system carboning up a bit then! Tho, I'm running E85 at the moment, so it might take a while..!
Matt said he can reduce the drone with some tuning, so am looking forward getting a revision from him.
Feel like a bloody Ricer Boy at the moment!!

Headers arrived this morning...

Can't wait to get these bad boys installed... Thanks Tradewind for bringing us these. As Nhimsta mentioned there'll be a few of us H6 owners doing the happy dance, me being one!

Now to the next question... Any recommendations for a muffler shop in the Penrith/Blue Mountains area? Cheers!

my headers arrived but i wasnt home to collect them. so i have to go the post office to collect them. doing the sad dance at the moment haha

Lol, I did request signature on all postal deliveries - so everyone is sure the items are properly recieved

Today I believe will be the last day of header sales - wont know until I check stock at freight depot but I suspect there will be 2 or less sets available by tonight.

Thanks for the support everyone - I believe I have faithfully filled the orders of forum members first and foremost, then the overseas customers who have waited a long while.

If there are any stocks left after today then I will begin to run Ebay sales of the headers until those couple of sets are sold.

Yes please - I reckon that once more people have them installed and have shared the results you will see more demand.

I know a couple of UK guys are waiting to see the results of the ones shipped over there first...
