Having said that though, feeling an improvement doesn't necessarily mean it's quicker. Kind of like people putting stiffer springs to reduce body roll. That's the incorrect way of doing it. It's all in the dampers!!!!

Also suspension upgrades don’t just stop at sways bars and end links, there’s plenty of under body bracing and lower arm braces which work great as a package when used with correctly valved and weighted coilovers….. then of course wheel alignment and tyres choice need to be considered.
I struggle to understand why people think that slapping lowering springs on an OE valved shock or crap coilovers with 32 level dampener adjustment settings combined with sway bars are the only suspension mod you need to transform the handling of the car.
