The stock power seems very low? According to KiDo/Matt my stock power went from 180 kw to 210kw (at the engine) after his tune, haven't had it on a dyno though. 167kw at the wheels seems very low for those mods though? Or are the drivetrain losses that great with AWD?
Is it much louder with the exhaust on it?
Did you get it engineered? If I could skip that whole process it would be great, but I'm guessing it won't pass rego then (NSW annual inspections).
What was the cost of the whole process? $6.7k for the kit, $xx for the exhaust/headers etc, $xx for the labour?

Power on a dyno is measured at the wheels (atw) and I did a dyno when the car was stock, so I could use that as a baseline for my mods.
Stock power at the flywheel is 180kw/298nm, but by the time all the losses through the auto transmission, centre diff, front and rear diff are factored in, only 64% actually makes it to the road, so my stock at the wheels power/torque was 116kw/190nm. My estimated power/torque at the flywheel in the current mod state from the last run on the dyno is approx 280kw/625nm. And 10 litres per 100kms is mostly freeway during the week but they are often anything but a freeway!
My build thread is here:

I did a non-intercooled build as stage 1, but the install was crap. Also did the auto transmission rebuild as part of stage 1. In stage 2, I did the WTA, Exhaust and Air Intake prior to the sc unit. I also had the sc unit serviced not long after the stage 2 build.
