Aftermarket radiators

Postby Boostaddict » Thu Sep 20, 2012 7:37 pm

Since my awesome diy mod (refer viewtopic.php?f=10&t=18622 )

I have to get a new radiator and i am thinking of i should tell the smash repair place to go grab a alloy radiator rather then replace with a standard one.

Whats the thoughts on these things?? Worth it or stocker is a good unit?? Just thinking of mods that could be done while being fixed.

Dan
Not a Subaru...... Something MUCH better

I would say definitely worth it. Genuine Subaru radiator quoted $380 with 2 yr warranty. Got a mishimoto radiator for $420 with a lifetime warranty, even in the event of me hitting something they still warrant that the radiator is covered. Seems worth the extra $40 to never have to replace the radiator again.
MY10 GEN V GT LIBERTY 5EAT Xforce TBE and KIDO tune.
