need help! problems after replaced engine

Hi guys

now Im having some problems on 08 Liberty 2.5 auto tranny nun-turbo model after replaced engine which I got from 06 Liberty nun-turbo

it seems there is fuel cut at 4k or 4.5k rpm also engine and traction control warning light are on even cruise control light is flashing all the time.

anyway is there anyone who had similar problems or how to fix it?? in my best guess, it just needs ECU tune but just wanna make sure b4 go forward

also should I report new engine number to Vicroad (as Im here in VIC) after replaced the engine in order to apply for new registration ?

any advice will be greatly appreciated
