I think you are on the money with the 3576.

I have always thought that this was the right turbo (for me) for 300kw atw on pump.......or close too with my new motor setup.

But I don't have the super nice heads like you.

So maybe the extra flow will get that 3582 pumping nice and early???? But for that , sorta middle road the 3576 is a goer.
