H6 acceleration problem

Hi guys

Have just upgraded from the 3.0 auto to a black b-spec manual and have noticed that both cars were sluggish between 1.5-3.5k rpm. But the manual in that range whilst slowly accelerating is jolting a bit.

Anyone have any ideas or had same problem?

98RON minimum

you'l;l notice that it settles after a bit of driving as teh ECU learns how much timing it has to pull.
my car is always a pig after an ECU reset.

Just waiting on a tune to arrive to cure that

Always run 98, have only had the car 2 weeks, has done 100,000k maybe time for a tune

The manual boxes in the H6 can be pretty rough down low. Its just the way they are. You'll get used to it- try keeping it around 3k and not dropping the clutch too quickly after changes with low RPM- it'll be a lot smoother

Stock tune is sluggish as hell!!
Get a tune from Matt and it should put a smile on you
