Removing interior trims

Sorry if this has been covered before but I did a quick search and couldn't find anything of use...
Does anyone know how to get this part off?

I'm not 100% on this, but I am pretty confident you have to remove the entire door trim panel thing. Download the workshop manual from here it should confirm it.

As above that is Mark's door/picture, he might be able to advise.

AFAIK it's not a easily removable part, either glued on or attached from the behind somehow.. Couldn't tell you exactly..
