Awesome. Just goes to show how much improvement there is with a dump and mid pipe done.
Cheers

Yeh upgraded the center pipe also to 3inch. The intake hasn't made much difference to the stock intake it just makes more noise.

I'd recommend for most people to get rid of the pod filter till your tune is sorted and the MAF scaled properly.

They can cause more trouble than they're worth on a mildly modified setup.

If after a little more induction noise, look at a resonator delete and perhaps an Apexi panel filter or the like.

That's all I did Bruce. Just the HKS panel filter and tune. But the dump and 3" mid pipe are next on the list.

Update:

Installed a Hyperflow intake, not as stealth as the Apexi with the AVO box but i like it. Plus more room for possible front mount in the future.

First off .... Your car is looking shit hot.!!! Love it!!

Second, why go from a Avo inclosed box to a hyperflow unit?

I have the hyperflow and want to box it up for legality wise.!!
Not a Subaru...... Something MUCH better

NOPE..... That's shit too. Bus anyone??

Thanks mark i must be doing it right for you to like it :D

Thanks Boost, the AVO box is good and everything but the Hyperflow one seals off like a box also in the guard, i like it because it gives more room in the engine bay for future mods eg. catch can, FMIC.

Fair enough man.!!

My AVO fmic piping fits around my hyperflow intake no dramas!! Its the cold side that is the issue.!!

I have the stuff and will be making a custom box.... Its just on the list of things to do !!

they incredible Chubbs. Great job. I vote to leave the calipers the gold color. I think it looks classy on a black car.

 it only took a few hours due to beer consumption, and lots of talking shit. If we did it in the daylight and didnt fk around could of had it done in an hours.
