Free mandrel bent stainless is nice, all for the centre section. I made the flange myself out of some 10mm s/steel plate using a gasket for the template. :D

My mate ordered a polished s/steel Magnaflow resonator this morning also to complete the new centre, so hopefully all together next week sometime.

After many trial fitments and refinements to get them millimeter perfect, theyre done!

Nissan R33 GTST alloy calipers adapted to Spec B 316mm rotors. They fill the wheels nicely. :D

You get a great deal of satisfaction from design, trial and manufacturing everything yourself. Really makes a mod that much more special.

Cheers guys.

Fitment is tight. 0.5mm clearance between caliper and spokes. Too close so I'm running a 3mm spacer so now +29 offset.

amazing work as usual!

are r33 gts-t brakes actually made by brembo or did you just grind them and put a brembo sticker on them?

Tokico calipers same manufacturer as wrx 4 pots and standard liberty calipers.

Alloy so I machined the face smooth. Car has 06 STi rears so had to match. I would of had brembo fronts if wheels cleared. These are more unique though. :D
