Difference between MY05 3.0R-B and MY05 3.0R Spec.B?

Guys can someone help me understand what the difference is between these two models? The 3.0R Spec.B appears to be a "July update" to the 3.0R-B?

I'm going by redbook data (and quick google searches), but can't see any difference in their specs.

FWIW interested just for the sedans with a manual transmission.

Sometimes the latter refer to the post-facelift (i.e. when you search in carsales). 3.0R-B is just an abbreviation of 30.R Spec B.

So there are two different MY05 models of this car, and the facelift is the only difference?

MY05: JF1BLEKN35G.....
MY06: JF1BLEKN36G.....

MY05 and MY06 are still both pre-facelift and very little differences between them.
Don't take carsales ads as the correct model names

for pre-facelift, MY04-MY06 they were 3.0R-B
for facelifted, MY07-MY09 they were 3.0R specB

SI Drive is the most obvious post-face feature.

06 is a 1Mb ECU
05 is a 512Kb ECU

I have always found the 06+ ECU's have a smoother engine with the extra processing power and tables. Not much in it but it is there.

Only two accelerator tables but 4 throttle tables. They can be independatly tuned but only if you want to pull your hair out for the next year.
Acc A is 1st gear, Accc B is 6th gear and they interpolate between themselves. So you could have 1st at say 75% of the torque(say 240Nm) and 6th at 320Nm, then 4th gear would be 294 max. Then Throttle A and B are the min/max throttle limits for the RT value in Acc A with Throttle C and D are the min/max throttle limits for the RT value in Acc B. There is DBW tables in the same RAM memory as the LV values, just they are not normally accessible without doing a RAM dump.
