Spark Plugs and 5EAT Oil

Hi guys, my 3RB is coming up on 100k and Im going to go right through it with new oil, (engine and box), coolant, spark plugs, filters, brakes etc...Im slowly gathering the bits I need and Im wondering from experience 2 things...

Whats a good auto trans fluid for the 5 speed for the Subaru? I used to Dextron 3 or the like in other cars...

And whats a good spark plug to run? In my RS I used the NGK Platinums, though that was a turbo not an NA.

Do NOT use dextron 3 for your 5ear

You need to use castrol transmax j

Failing that, fuchs ATF 4400

Or Penrite FS ATF MHP or FS

Cheers for that Mick, will head out and look for some Castrol I think.

Anyone know of the plugs to use?
