Hi
I have a gen 4 spec b Liberty wagon.
I recently got a wheel alignment done (at a tyre place... yeah, yeah, I know, but I was getting new tyres and it drives very nicely now).
I was told that in the process they found that the "elliptical bolts" to adjust the rear toe were completely seized and basically had to be destroyed to remove them.
They suggested that I source replacements and that they would fit them for me as part of the alignment fee, then finalise the alignment.
Suspension is basically a mystery to me. As I understand it only the toe of the rear wheels can be adjusted on a gen 4 liberty, and that this is achieved via these bolts - is that right?
So my question is - what the hell do I need?
Is there an after-market kit I can get hold of which has the appropriate bits in it?
Would getting oem parts be an exercise in comedy, or are they likely to be reasonably priced?
Any help gratefully received.
