Nope, I haven't noticed any scraping with speed humps, but curbs... yes. Have to get used to having a lower bumper now so I stop a bit before the curb!

champ wrote:Looks good Dan, saw it first hand on Al's car.
Now all you need to do is break out the double-sided tape and that foam/rubber lip

Hahahah Yeah thats right Ian... I think I might actually get another EZLip... those things were quite ok! The underside of this bumper is quiet badly scraped so the EZLip will be a good addition!
Below car has been gone for quite some time now... blew bottom end bearing and dealership screwed me! Now driving 2008 WRX with ~65k kms on the clock. Only has cat back exhaust and tune by KiDo at the moment! More to come... but slowly!

Purchased recently (12/11/2013), already with: Stage 2 Pedders lowered springs, rear Whiteline sway bar, Advan Racing TCII 18x8 wheels, k&N pod filter, custom 3" exhaust system from turbo back with Magnaflow mufflers. ECUTEK tune of some sort (hopefully soon to be fixed)..... now FIXED!! Now KiDo Tuned!
Added: HID kit, EZ lip equivalents to the front and sides, and various LED treatments, oem boot spoiler, [LGT WRC] plates, GFB Respons BOV for extra Pssscchhh! --> Gone... I couldn't afford it's heart transplant... but keep a look out, as it will come back on sale soon!

I can unofficially say now that my car is a B-Spec Liberty. Had second hand Bilsteins installed (thanks again Gambit) and it is actually sitting higher than my previous shocks and springs set up.

As for car modifications... I think that's about it mechanically that I want to do... I just need to finish what I started... yes guys - the wheels, and then I should be parting ways with this car and seeing what I can upgrade to.

As I was bored this weekend... I have made up my own CAI, utilising the standard foglight duct, some silicone hose joins and pipe. Also went to Genie exhausts enquiring a removal of one of the mufflers from under my car. The guy there Jase was an absolute champ and worked his magic. (All this happened yesterday)

However... my car is fricken LOUD now... I don't think I like it... sounds like Blademasters beast but with no go.... I may just let some carbon build up and see if the sound changes over the couple weeks... but if I still don't like it... looks like i will be back there for a few changes...

On other things... does anyone know where to get Plastidip in Perth? Or who knows of a vendor who will ship to Perth?? I tried Get Dipped and some other company with a similar name and they don't want to ship to WA...

I propose for a Group Buy maybe guys in WA? hahah! Or is it just me with unpainted parts?!

Ladies and Gentlemen... I know this has been a long time coming... and I have copped my fair share of criticisms and encouragements to get this done... you guys can stop hating on me now!! No, but quietly... thank you all that have bugged me to finish this job I started 1.5 years ago! Yes... I was still a bit on the lazy side to mask everything properly... but the fact I have them in a 'respectable' colour and state. Definitely far from a professional job, but still looks the goods!! Must say, Plastidip is quite the amazing piece of kit. Enjoy the updated photos! 8)

According to Simon (SH30RB), yes Plastidipping your wheels is not painting them... but still looks the gooods... and best of all if I get sick of the colour, I just peel it off and use another colour! hahaha! Brilliant stuff!! :)

They are just stock GTB Bilsteins and springs... Maybe my old KYB setup was getting too old?

I've actually had this front bar for a while now! In fact I had it already when we went on that cruise for Adam! Maybe now it just looks more complete with the painted wheels and post facelift grille. :)
