You can go out on the pier where there Sea Shepard - Irwin is usually docked. You'll get a good view of it from there. She's massive, easy to get lost on.

What time? Each morning about 7:30 I drive from City Rd, under St Kilda Rd, past the boatsheds over the Swan St bridge and onto the Monash freeway.
It's not Alexandra Ave until after the bridge.
I stay on the Richmond side of the river in the evening going the other way (i.e. into the city via Exhibition St).

This was around... 8pm that day coming out of a side street onto Alexandra Ave. It was between Punt and Chapel.

damn.Like I said, it was dark so I couldn't see much in the rear view. It had LED number plate lights which made me think that perhaps it could have been someone with a modded Lib.
