Also, as it related to the market listed - that is determined by the ECU id. There is a standard from Subaru that jon [in CT] found a while back that allows you to identify the market by the ecu id. This is how I do it. It looks like, though, that Subaru has started to use one ROM across multiple markets (usually EDM and ADM) in the later models, so the market identified by the ecu id would be considered the "primary" market. Regardless, the market identifier in the defs does nothing. I could put bunny rabbits in there and it won't impact anything.

The O2 sensor failing emissions code throws the O2 sensor feedback out as seen by the #1 to #2 learnt variance. Only knocking where the ECU would be in closed loop under load. Adding all the timing back in when in open loop or under light load like it should.
Pretty simple answer... fix the problem with the dying O2 sensor
