Bryce held your hand through the whole process and the outlay was half the normal fee.
So you're really in a win - win situation.
You got a proper wideband logged tune at half price.
Good work on pouncing on that offer when you did. You've done well..
The rest of the punters who go by the airport and spend the hour with Matt are not in the same position. They don't have contact with Bryce or Matt following the tune and have no way of examining the affects in the ECU on the tune. They aren't equipped with the tech or the nouse.
So they drive and go wow this feels so good in 5th. A comment I hear regularly till you log the car and you see them hit 22+ psi.
From my experience I've learnt a lot. I know Matt can tune but these fly in fly out tunes combined with limited contact with his busy home life and popularity are seeing a number of people, 3 this week, come over for me to log their car and confirm they're OK.
Why aren't they going straight to Matt. Because they have to wait 2 weeks for an email reply if they get one.
