Ahh Tassie. Gone are the days when I could drive my R30 Skyline (or the Libert RS) from Hobart to Launceston in less than 90 minutes, CBD to CBD.

I used to live at Longley, which was on the Targa Day 4 route (looks like they've dropped the southern loop altogether). The drive from Longley to the city via the Mt Wellington foothills through Fern Tree was a spectacular drive. Sure needed the AWD of the RS for the occasional damp patches on the road in the morning shadows.

STi Catalogue

I have created a very basic spreadsheet of STi's currently advertised on carsales, and am trying to put the nnn/300 numbers against cars to keep track of what is advertised, and when.

The reason I am doing this is that I'm looking at purchasing in 6-12 months, and thought it would be good to know what is, and has been around for sale.

I have created the file on GoogleDocs, open for anyone with the link to edit. What is everyone's opinion? Am I doing anything untoward or even illegal if I share the post here, and allow people to update the document online?

Unless I hear too many bad things in the next day or so, I will publish the link here, and maybe we can get an idea of where some or most of the STi's currently are residing.

Hey Don, welcome!

I think you'll find most of the keen nutters on here (incl yours truly) have owned and loved an RS turbo. Absolutely a great car for it's time, and I still remember that first corner flatout in one - so much Grip!

Creating a list of tbSTI Libertys sounds fine to me. I've just updated last night the 2008 tbSTI list (since I've got one) in the 2.5T forum area, which hopefully Ric will update the first post sooner or later. Unfortunately not all ads online specify the STI build#, so tracking the cars for sale might be a bit tricky.
I own a Liberty honest!

2008 Liberty GT tuned by STI #43 obs black sedan - 211Kw atw - WSID 13.136 @ 106mph 1.825 60ft - Wakefield 1:13.518
2005 Liberty 2.5i silver wagon - The daily "Beater" - a bit slower
