Organise a coffee meetup, cruise or any other event.

hey Rich, thanks for the clarification mate, i knew thats what the story was, but just put it forward and, well i guess you seen the reaction.

I think mate, as much as your mate is willing to help out, the ametures are happy to just do the best with what they can.

As much as guys are going to love those photos that are doctored and revamped, i think guys too are just happy to meet up and share what they can. I can certainly appreicate your mate, wanting to cover his time and effort, and you wanting to help him out, but i personally never considered it to to be that serious an event. Just us getting together, dribbling shit and catching up... Again on the other hand i may be wrong.

Ill put a cut and paste of these couple of posts on OZLIB and again, see what the guys think. I may have to stand corrected, but i cant speak for the majority.

Cheers again mate.

ok guys.. now that we have the wheels back on the road, pending no other problems we are good to go.
i know alot of you have thrown ideas etc, and this has been something that has been a while in the making now. but this is whats happening..
if someone wants to tke over pre this happening, ie organise something for the late afternoon, go nuts.

Plan is for the Friday 28th of March so the weekend after easter..
yes nick i know its the weekend you suggested origionally.

Time will be @ 6pm...

And the location is the dreamworld/whitewater world car park.

There are a few good spots around the car park, ie in front of the slides, and over in front of the dreamworld enrty, which we can play around with when ew get there...
So those of you that can make it, super duper, those of you that cant, im sorry but i cant cater for everyone.
I think i have answered everything i need to and the info is out there.. I wont put up a list of who is and isnt coming, i guess if you show up you do, if you dont you dont..
And as i said, if someone wants to plan something for the time before hand, barbie, spot for dinner etc etc.. well then fill your boots, other than that, see you in a couple of weeks

well done to make a decision... 8)
It is the kind of time and day that chris and I can usually make it, we will try to be there (possibly a little late as his work finishes at 5.30.
Well done kurt, and I look forward to meeting you and (hopefully) most of the members of both forums there.

Someone said you were over here.
Are you up in QLD now?
You have to come up for this.
And I'd like to know if Rosso's going to come down from the Isa for this one?

i did think that, but there are security cameras everywhere.

so i guess if we just show up, behave ourselves and just be there to take the photos that we had intended then we should be fine..

and i guess if something does go wrong, then it will be all on camera anyway so its not like it would be hard to catch up with us.. additionally seeing as tho most of the cars, mine especially will have the stickers on it, tracing it back to clubs etc, so its in our best interest to keep out of trouble.

Yeah yeah, I love being laughed at
Darkness turned out to be your best friend Simon, and possibly kurts worst enemy... Best workout Jarrod and I have had in a while I'd dare say...
I'll be keen to see what you got Kurt, Chris got a couple of shots that were ok, but to really do the shoot justice we needed to be shooting about 45 min earlier...
I'll try and get one or two of his posted...
