WHERE THE F*** IS THE 98!!!????!?!??!?!?!?!?!?!??!?!?!

Nearly everything is in here to start with.
If it's about your car, or Subaru's in general, put it in "Subaru Chat".

Ended up googling and called a few petrol stations, wasn't game to roam roam around, The relief being on the servo driveway and seeing no stupid labels on the bowsers was like running to a vacant spot at the pisser.... ahhhhhhhhhh. she drank a tad under 60 l - so still had a little bit left.

You guys run 95? My tank says 98 only....... maybe other Gts are dif... hmm something new.

If I remember correctly, the MY04-MY06 GT's must run 98 (or 95 with octane booster during emergencies), while the MY07-MY08 GT's with the 2.5 engine, can run either 95 or 98. I still prefer 98 though, despite given the option.

i also heard that some dont sell 98 octanes on tuesday because they can charge you a fortune on a thrusday. By not selling, some just say pumps dont work etc.

Last night I went for a petrol run and covered at least 20km and 10 petrol stations and couldn’t find any 98 found one 95 and 95 with e10 then 91 ron. Gave my brother a yell and he is out of the good staff in his area also.
I'm now driving my girlfriends car and need a sticker “My other car is a Liberty GT” :?

if i could profit say 5-6 bux (assuming 10 cents increase with 50+ litres)every person that uses 98 , then i would be rich.

i just paid $1.36/L on basic unleaded (has no ethanol) and i thought that it was a rip because i usually pay about $132/L on wed morning. fyi, you can call me a cheapass or whatever cause i cant afford premium petrol

Yeah i did the same on Mon night! Drove to like 4 petty stations. Then used shell 95 + Nulon octane booster & some backfire treatment.

Does the job but doesnt feel the same.... might be just me.

I think the supply is starting to trickle back in. There's no 98 at the BP station at the corner of Cow Pasture Road & North Liverpool Road.
