Postby dr20t » Tue Aug 21, 2012 10:50 pm

Thought i'd start a new thread for members to post screen shots of their learning views or any queries people may have

The top image is my screenshot from the day of the tune (that evening), the second one is my latest one today.

Looks like you could do with a little bit of MAF scaling in CL and idle. It's not bad but a correction of 5% or less is considered ideal.

You'll need a wideband if you want to know anything in OL.

Also your FLKC tables being zero in LV mean very little for an E85 vehicle as it's either masked(not detectable by the stock knock sensor) and doesn't occur easily.

Good discussion point right there...

But I'm afraid only a handful of guys on here are interested or have taken the time to understand the ECU where all the power is made and where it can all go horribly wrong.

Needs a small throttle tip in adjustment due to the faster spool on throttle opening :)

I'm down with the intercooler idea,my wallet tells me otherwise. :)

The car has thrown a few CEL's in the past couple of weeks but they always seem to clear while idling at traffic lights. Is there a way of reading an old DTC?

That is latest version, older version had DTC's down bottom

If it is an auto, I suspect the CEL's are actually the reason why it wont show up in LV.

Here's mine.

The slight positive correction is intentional as I test a theory.

Should be interesting to see how the E85 tuned cars perform with this year’s summer temps and humidity
