Yes, but that one is fiberglass,
I think its same shape but different material.

I was selling this diffuser months ago on eBay and from my website,
but all sold out.
I'm planning to order again from factory,
but the price depends on the quantity,
shipping and tariff etc etc...

Yes,
that's not about the fitment,
the design is like this,
both sides sticks out a little bit.
The fitment is more about the middle position with the bumper bar.
I found the photo of the product before I installed it.

Can't fit perfectly, I did it by myself.
MY04-06 rear bumper bar a little different to MY07-08,
they have a little gap between bumper bar and bottom diffuser area,
but I try my best to fit the diffuser on my 05 Liberty, and looks alright, small gap.
One of my friend from auto body reapir shop told me he can fit better,
but need tools and I don't know what he use.
I may ask him to fit the diffuser again for me next time.
So professional installation may solve it.
