You can juuuust see the T-piece that connects to the BOV. Also note the OMNI 3-Bar MAP Sensor (stock sensor would max so went to WRX equiv.)

Hey just a quick update; 9 psi pulley is running great. Headers and valve springs/retainers getting done today. Also have ordered a water cooled charger, a twin radiator system that I'm hoping to fit (each one significantly larger then current single rad) water should spend ~3x longer cooling. I am also considering using the empty space on the passenger side of the engine bay to make it a twin intercooler system.

Basically just trying to get intake as cold as possible and keep it that way even under hard driving. I figure its smarter to go for cold air to get more power while at the same time reducing the stress of high temps.

Like your thinking...but not sure if I want to give up "sleeper" look. Dunno if I'll bother with 2nd IC, will definitely look to see how water cooled charger goes first

9psi pulley is on.
lol however, due to it being rather hot today, the blower was only making 7psi while being tuned

Nick how are you going with the dual radiator setup? The single radiator I have is taking up the entire space in the front bumper, and at some stage I'll run the water loop through the blower and get rid of the fan unit.

I've also lost a bearing on the pulley that sits just below the blower pulley, with the pulley being held in place by the belt.

Blademaster

Has the alloy ribbed idler pulley loosened on the bearing?

If so I do have an upgrade I can ship to you to replace that one - Its a NULINE EP123, you can get it or at least order it from any parts store. Never have the issue again

Hey, sorry for the total lack of posts, I've been busy and had to put everything on the shelf for a while.

I have my radiators but i'm holding off until my water cooled charger arrives...the final result will be interesting...Its now running well at 9psi (with a freaking tight belt to stop slip) and have really only just begun to tune so results are varying. It has quite a long stay at the mechanics to have headers fitted with intermediate pipe, valve springs, and ended up getting and HD clutch for it while the engine was out.

Currently trying to work with the headers, west_minist/Raptor feel the primaries may be to big, and collector may also be a bit oversized, however results are still improving so I will see how it goes. Also Tech Works Engineering have happily offered to send some free parts for re-fabrication should I choose to.

Very excited about upgrading cooling/charger, the car really responds to the cooler intake temps.
