I'll be up for that seeing as we live relatively close. And I don't really want to drive that far

Great! I propose we meet about 10ish at Kings Park Maccas and then head there as the crow flies - should get there in time for lunch!
we can either go Pitt Town road way or Old Northern road. I've only ever done Old Northern before from memory it was a bit rough. Anyone know any better?

By the looks of it the only other option is west portland rd, (which turns into something else further up. But Kings Park maccas for some brekky sounds good. My mate Mitch in his heritage will most likely come too

Looking at your route it you are taking the same way in/out to mix it up a bit there is this one which i adjusted to take out the Sydney leg. But anywho its up to you :alcoholic:

Link did not work,.....
Berresfield
Belmont
Wisemands ferry
Wollumbi
Berresfield

Was 5 hours worth of driving. approx 2.5 hours each way.

Yeah agreed but i live out near belmont not a very good drive through belmont lots of traffic lights and possibly a lot of traffic.

An alternative route could be down the F3 to Mandalong and then through Dooralong, Alison and Yaramalong and on to Wisemans Ferry
http://goo.gl/maps/YizrF

The way home as propsoed in the first post.

If anyone has any other routes or ideas please dont be shy to share them

Cheers,
Joel

Great! More the merrier! i may bring a friend in a 3 MPS too. As far as the route goes I'll do some research over the coming weeks to make sure there are no nasty dirt roads or roadworks on either route - but we'll prolly decide final route over brekky on the day. I think Maccas brekky stops at 10 so we'd better make it 9:30/45

Sounds good
Stops at 10:30am even though it should be 11:30
But 9:45 is better, gives us time to eat/drink what not.

I love dirt roads  they are the funnest. But I guess not for this application...
I might go for a test drive this weekend if I'm bored, go one route come home the other.

If you are coming from Newy we are meeting at Beresfield BP at the end of the F3.

If you are coming from Sydney im not sure where Jack_Keaka and DeMobBoss are meeting best to contact them.

But we are all meeting at Wisemans Ferry Pub around Lunchtime
