I've seen and felt fake ones that felt pretty damn fantastic. Ones that aren't too firm do exist.
I have seen very large, very terrible ones too though.

My wifes were perfect pre kids.....

Not so good post kids. It was a self concious issue for her.

12K later, theyre slightly larger than pre kids, perfect natural shape and feel.

Its all about the type and style of inplant selected.
